All vendors are welcome to stay each and every day of the event.

The vendor space will be outdoors at the NCJA  range complex and you
will have tabletop space for your products. Overhead cover and chairs will be provided
or you can bring your own tents, chairs, or displays if you choose. Large vehicles are able to be
displayed as well.

‍METHODS OF SPONSORSHIP

Financial - Any vendor is able to pay a flat $500 vendor fee for this event
Event Sponsorship - Provide necessary equipment for use during events (Tannerite, ammo, weapons, etc)
EVENT SPONSORS would be encouraged to provide prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
Teams for the event they choose to sponsor.

‍PRODUCT DONATIONS

‍Nothing gets a SWAT operators attention like free gear and guns. Product donations give
your company an opportunity to address the members during the presentation of your items.  
Those who provide products have time to speak about your company’s mission, desire,
the future, and  is direct advertising to our members.  Product recipients will be event winners

Lodging
Hotels are avialable in the area. Rooms at Samarcand MAY be available at a cost of $50 per night. Samarcand will have the final decision on non-LEO attendees' ability to reserve rooms
