4thAnnual Two Officer Tactical Team Challenge March 10th – 13th,2026 Constellis Training Center The NCTOA is proud to partner with the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office once again for the 4th annual Two Officer Tactical Team Challenge (TOTTC). This competition has continued to grow and improve each year and this year, there will be no exceptions. We are excited to announce we have partnered with Constellis Training Center for this year’s event. Constellis Training Center is the premier east coast military/law enforcement training center, located in Moyock, NC. Constellis Training Center is a 3,600-acre facility consisting of 54 ranges, 28 firearms ranges, Tower Ranges, Urban Training Areas, Sim Houses, Etc. This event has consistently proven to be a test of each competitor’s true grit and determination. Although the atmosphere remains competitive, there is so much more to be gained from this event beyond the bragging rights. We plan to cap the event at 15 teams so, do not wait to register.
