Welcome to our new website.  The NCTOA board felt we needed a way to reach more of our membership and contracting for a professional website design company seemed the logical way to go.  After almost 4 years of word of mouth and random emails, we hope to start connecting easier through the internet and social media.  So here we are.

This will hopefully provide information to those officers and agencies that do not know about the Association and serve as a place they can go for information and contacts.  We will be continually updating it and I hope this to be the first of many posts.

TheeDesign Studio was very easy to work with, considering their clients were cops with very limited IT skills.  Our President, Scott Ross, still has a 5 year old flip phone and cannot text to save his life.  They listened to our desire to reach out to more officers and agencies and provided us with a very professional website, which we believe will bring more members, vendors and sponsors.

Speaking of Sponsors, Oak Grove Technologies, made the website possible with their generosity and support.  Oak Grove has been a sign of constant support for the NCTOA.  They were present at the NC SWAT Competition in Salemburg and plan to attend and support us at the Symposium in November.  We are also planning a regional training date at Oak Grove’s Tactical Training Site.  Some of us have been there to train and the facility is awesome.  Just short of an hour’s drive south of Wake county, we hope to continue to work with Oak Grove and offer training at the site to our members in the future.

Please reach out to the vendors and sponsors that support the Association.  We are trying to bring all the North Carolina based companies, distributors and dealers to our events and give our members local options to meet their training and equipment needs.  We plan to list those companies on our website that support us at various events.

Hopefully you will get the information you need off the website in the future, but the contact forms come directly to us and we have been responding immediately to questions as they come in.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Symposium in Raleigh in November.  The dates are November 17th through the 19th.  Wake Tech is hosting an event on the 20th and 21st that will also host speakers and vendors.  More information is to follow this week.

Thanks again for your support.  The Association is here for the membership, so if you have any requests for training or want to host a regional event, please contact us.
